To manufacturer operation , CCS recognize quality is the most important factor. High quality panel pc not only keep your device stable running, but also save users' time and investment.

CCS experienced leadership develop strict quality control process on our manufacture:

-Confirmation of Sample Components

96 hours uninterrupted testing in panel pc, with overvoltage, overload and over temperature.

-Incoming Components

Before putting in warehouse, all the components is with testing by our QC team:

Test all the parts of Display, Touch and PC;

Test 85% of cables, connector and accessory.

-Assembly Process

All the assembly process must be followed with the production instruction. After assembly, our QC team would test the product on display, touch and pc operation.

- Burn-in Room Test

72 hours uninterrupted testing in the burn-in room.

-Pre-shipment inspection

Test all the function on display, computer, touchscreen, appearance, I/O and OS etc.

-Package Inspection

All the product should be packed in safe, waterproof foam and carton.
